Ray and Barbara Dalio will fund $250 deposits in TRUMP Accounts for Connecticut children in ZIP codes with median incomes below $150,000. The initiative aims to introduce youth to financial markets through tax-advantaged accounts launching in 2026.

Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent framed the donation as a catalyst for broader philanthropic participation. Roughly 87% of state ZIPs qualify, per CNBC data.

The Dalios' contribution supplements existing benefits—including Michael Dell's separate $250 program and a $1,000 base deposit for children born 2025-2028.
